Meet the Staff

Penny began working as a receptionist in 1998. She became the business manager in 2006 and has held that position ever since.   She is a Montana native and a long–time Mission Valley resident. She is married with two grown children, four grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, scrapbooking, and genealogy.   She is passionate about her family and can be seen attending her grandkid's sporting events as often as possible.

Katie is a dental hygienist who started practicing at our office in 2010 and transitioned to the office manager in 2020. She is a 2008 graduate of Salish Kootenai College with an associate degree in dental assisting. She also graduated from MSU Great Falls in 2010 with an associate degree in dental hygiene. Katie was born and raised in Ronan, Montana. When she is not at the dental office she is cheering on her two children in their numerous activities, playing with her horses or working out. 

Aspen was born and raised in Ronan. After graduating from Ronan high school in 2015, she set out to pursue a dental hygiene career by attending college in great falls competing in track and field before coming home and completing a dental assisting certificate with SKC. She finished her Dental hygiene goals in Boise, Idaho. She is excited to return home to serve our community. Aspen loves doing anything outdoors with family and friends outside the office . You will catch her hunting, fishing, horseback riding, taking her hound dog on hikes, traveling, and always looking for her next adventure.

Noelle was born and raised in Ronan but went to high school in Polson in 2009. After graduating from high school, she went to SKC, where she attended and completed the dental assisting program. After working for about eleven years as a dental assistant she went back to school for dental hygiene at Great Falls College, MSU. She is now graduated with an Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene and is excited to be back home and to be giving back to her community. Noelle loves spending time with her family, cheering on her kids in all of their activities, fishing, and traveling.

Deserie' is a Mission Valley local. She graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Salish Kootenai College and worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Bagnell until returning to school at MSU Great Falls COT to graduate as a dental hygienist in 2013. When Derserie' isn't taking care of patients, she is cheering on her three kids in all their sports and extracurricular activities with her husband.

Toni has been with Western Montana Family Dentistry since February 2020 to greet you with a smile and help you with all your dental needs. Toni has ten years of dental experience as a Certified Dental Assistant. She is the mother of two wonderful boys whom she raised in Polson, Montana. Toni enjoys sushi with friends and any activities that include the lake, as she grew up in Texas on Lake Buchanan. Toni has lived worldwide and settled in Polson, Montana, to raise her family.

Brittnee was born and raised in the Mission Valley. She attended Salish Kootenai College and has been in the dental field for ten years. She is cross-trained as a dental assistant and receptionist. She is married with two children. When she is not working at the office, she works on her family farm and spends time with her family, enjoying what the outdoors offers.

Dana was born and raised in Frenchtown, Montana, and is married with two daughters.  She graduated from the University of Montana VoTech with her LPN. After taking a break to care for her family, her brother, Dr. Tim Bagnell, convinced her to join his dental team in 2003. She received her radiography certification. Dana loves to spend time with her family and enjoys shopping and quilting.

Rayne was born and raised in Polson, Montana. She has been a dental assistant with Western Montana Family Dentistry since 2019. Rayne attended Salish Kootenai College, where she was placed at Western Montana Family Dentistry for her externship and fit in perfectly with the staff. Rayne enjoys everything the outdoors offers and hanging out with friends.

Adia was born and raised in Colton, OR. She attended Clackamas Community College, graduating as an expanded functions dental assistant in 2018. She met her husband in college and moved home with him to Montana. She loves exploring the outdoors and traveling with her husband and dog.

Tabitha was born and raised in Kiev, Ukraine, and moved to Tennessee in 2017. She completed the dental assisting program at UT Martin in 2022. She worked as a certified dental assistant in TN until she moved to Ronan in 2024 to be closer to family. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, crocheting, reading, and helping others. She enjoys traveling, learning about different cultures, and exploring nature. Tabitha has traveled to many states and countries. Some of her favorite places she has visited include: South Korea, Poland, England, Egypt, and Hawaii.
